Must have Skills
• At least 6 years of relevant Information Technology experience.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle of MDM implementation and maintenance projects.
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
• Play a strategic role within the test engineering practice.
• Participates in architecture and design reviews and offer thought leadership in driving efficiencies throughout the Software development life cycle.
• Define MDM test data strategy, Core MDM, MDM Hub Integration test solutions – On premise and On Cloud,
• Define test data needs, and Data quality standards.
• Plan and implement a proof of concepts and pilots for new tools and technology evaluation.
• Ensure that the testing solutions are compliant with target-state architecture recommendations.
• Defines key performance metrics and analyze program performance based on data.
• Maximizes the benefits by applying proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Coach, mentor, or train teams as needed on testing best practices and technology principles.
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
