Must have:
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience with 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably at a technology company.
• Must have experience in leading development and/or deployment projects and proven success in product launches and customers success, preferably in the B2B telecom Services space
• Must have working knowledge of DOCSIS, GPON, WiFi, IP Protocols, and CPE technologies
• Can demonstrate clear understanding of the entire product development process. Understanding of PLM process and understands critical stages of development.
• College or university degree, preferably in science or engineering
• Knowledgeable across many functional areas, including project management, business operations, customer care, business development, engineering, and product marketing
• Ability to collaborate across teams, and lead without structured authority
• Business acumen: Need to understand business fundamentals of a product and market Clear understanding of cost structures and accounting principles. Ability to manage operating expenses against established budgets.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Solid teaming and collaboration skills; good listener
• Results and action-oriented, with the ability to translate results into proactive measures

Are you a customer-driven project management expert who can work within a start-up technology business culture for new product development and customer deployment projects? Altice USA is a large company that adopts a start-up culture when focused on non-stop improvements in customer experiences, and we are looking for that Project Manager who is ready for a challenge to be part of an expanding category of new products and customer initiatives.
As Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to develop new products, improve operational efficiencies, deploy unique B2B products and services, and deliver best customer experience. You will build project plans, identify key stakeholders, align with product strategy and leadership guidance, and manage development and deployment projects end to end. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, as well as a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company, and company’s 3rd-party vendors/partners, and serve as a leader for internal and external resources to rally around clearly defined goals and objectives, and deliver on them with accomplished timelines.
This position has a lead role in the total success of B2B products. Inclusive of this responsibility are:
• Own product development and product delivery projects and responsible for success
• Create project plans based on product strategy and customer requirements
• Drive delivery based on planned milestones and timelines set across functional teams (Development/Engineering, IT, 3rd-party vendors, Sales Operations, Field Operations, and Marketing Communications)
• Develop and implementing end-to-end project plans, driving readiness on each step/milestone, and working with all departments to execute
• Analyze risks and creating mediation/contingency plans
• Define succeed criteria and present project accomplishments to leadership teams
