Location: Green Hills/Reading, PA(Onsite)
Duration : 6+ months
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• All issues noticed/reported by L1 team during their regular checks((IBM checks)are escalated to admin team
• Message waits reported on Prod/QA needs to handled, necessary actions to betaken accordingly
• Backup failures or tape issues which causes the backup failure needs to behandled and fixed
• objects creation on prod/QA/support servers
• Any issues occurred to users while connecting or working with IBMisystems/database will be reported to admin team
• Any issue/ request made by developer/user/L1 team needs to be submitted in theform of a foot print ticket. Which is taken care by admin team based on theirurgency.
• Different type of issues will be reported by Robot products which needs to beanlyzed and handled. In case any assistance needed by robot product vendorHelpsystems a call needs to be raised with them.
• Requests for creation on new linoma projects needs to be handled. Issuesreported by existing projects should be analyzed and fixed.
• Any delay or issues in replication is reported by L1 team. Which needs to behandled and fixed by admin.
• If any performance issues are noticed on the system, needs to be analysed usingPerformance navigator and Idoctor
• New connection framework setup requests created needs to be handled
• Adding memory/processor on the system.
• Performance report needs to be created every Friday and send the analysis tothe team
• QA Refresh
• Role Swap
• OS upgrade
• PTF installation
• Programs needs to create as part of automating the work for some projects
• Built in IBM SQL packages or functions are used effectively to analyze systeminformation or issues
