Job Description

 

ServiceNow Architect/Lead

The Solution Architect is a key member of the ServiceNow implementationproject team and is responsible for the overall design of the application andmapping client business requirements from the project team to systems/technicalrequirements. The Solution Architect works as a team member along with theScrum Master, Customer's Technical/Solution Architect and supporting teammembers to deliver the complete solution for the customer. The SolutionArchitect may sometimes also be required to lead multiple implementation projects

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with theProject Manager

 Sharebest practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of theproject

 Producea detailed functional design document to match customer requirements

 Co-teamwith the Technical Architect to produce a technical specification for customdevelopment and systems integration requirements

Participate in internal projects as required

 Maintaincurrent ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of availabletraining

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

 Idealcandidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM andNon-ITSM (HRSD, ITBM, CSM, SecOps and GRC) technologies and comfortable in thedynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expandingcustomer base. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working ina team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and ableto handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Additionalpreferred qualifications are:

Extensive experience with ServiceNow or other Service Management tools (BMC,Landesk, Axios, HP,etc.)

 Strongpresentation and communication skills

 Abilityto understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs

Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture,enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectationsand priorities. Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach todelivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across companyneeds, business constraints and technological realities

 Shouldhave participated in, and be familiar with project methodologies

 8+ yearsof total experience

 4-6years of relevant experience in professional services or customer supportoperations

 3-5years of ITSM systems integration and/or implementation experience

 ProvenSolution consulting experience
