Kronos advanced Scheduling Detailed Job Description: • At least 10+ years of IT experience in UKG/Kronos WFM Projects • Must have Project Lead/Manager experience in handling implementation projects in Kronos/UKG area • As a SME, able to provide functional solutions to business problems in WFM area and provide POV/demonstrations to client • Able to lead team of onshore/offshore members and take full ownership of project deliverables and timelines • Knowledge/Experience in UKG Dimensions is preferred • Experience in extensive client interactions involving detailed discussions on functional and technical requirements and providing solutions from a domain and product perspective • Excellent communication presentation verbal and written communication skills. • Experience of working in globally distributed diverse teams
