Job Description

• For Senior developer 13+ years, and for normal developer 5+ years

• 8+ / 5+ years Microsoft D365 Customer Service development experience to include integrations and omni-channel setup.

• Minimum 2+ years' experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, Azure integration services

• Good Experience in writing MS Dynamics plugins, Custom workflows, custom Web Applications.

• Knowledge of latest MS .Net Framework 4 using C#, .Net Core and Asp.net Core, knowledge of design patterns.

• Experience with SOA, Rest and Micro Services Architectural principle and patterns.

• Experience with Azure platform development, Azure flow, logic apps, Azure functions is advantageous.

• Knowledge of power Platform security basics, experience in set up monitoring, Power platform Tuning and optimization, Compliance and Licensing

• Experience of Dynamics 365 integration with Genesys/ MS Digital Contact Centre will be advantage.
