Strong proficiency in Excel and/or database tools to pull, combine, and analyze data from multiple sources. Experience building or supporting low-code tools or platforms (e.g., Power Platform or similar) to display data and collect input. Ability to synthesize information across datasets, policies, or requirements to identify patterns, gaps, or redundancies. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data and insights to non-technical audiences.
