Job Description

·        At least 7 years of experience in Guidewire product configuration/integration, solutions evaluation, validation and deployment

·        At least 6 years of experience in problem definition, Architecture, Design and Implementation in a client facing role for US based Insurers

·        Analytical and Communication skills

·        Project, talent management and thought leadership

·        Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel

·        At least 7 years of IT experience in Insurance Domain with Guidewire expertise.

·        Perform as a technical subject matter expert for Guidewire product.

·        Analytical and Communication skills

·        Experience with project management

·        Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :-

·        Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

·        At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

• Extensive experience on the following:
• Guidewire product knowledge
• Guidewire Product Architecture
• Guidewire Integrations in anyone of Guidewire products(ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter)
• GOSU
• Core Java
• J2EE
• Web services
• JMS
• OOTB Plug-ins
• All Ruleset Categories
• Guidewire Datamodel
• Business perspective and Functional perspective of claims handling and policy  administration with respect to Guidewire platform
• Planning
• Estimation
• Agile development methodology
• Preferred experience on the following:
• Guidewire Technical Certification
• Weblogic or websphere configuration
• Performance monitoring and tuning
• Should provide solutions to architecture level show stoppers.
• Ability to engage different stake holders (Configuration, Integration, Middleware and Legacy Team) to resolve issues.
