Roles and Responsibilities :
- Experience in US Staffing Technical Recruitment.
- Experience in Corp to Corp (C2C), W2, H1B and 1099
- Experience in handling end to end US recruitment cycle.
- Experience on Job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, Social networking sites, head hunting, etc.
- Should be familiar with all US Visas and Tax terms.
- Experience in Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting and Negotiating with the consultant and the vendors
- Excellent communication skills
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and finding the correct individuals to fulfill their needs.
- Extensive use of Social Media and Networking Sites for full cycle recruiting.
- Creating, updating & maintaining a database of qualified, evaluated candidates.
- Negotiate wages and compensation package.
