1. Should have Expertise on Compensation and Salary Structures (Oracle Compensation Workbench, Oracle Payroll) 2. Coordinate with client groups on various compensation issues and analyze all programs and develop all compensation processes and perform annual evaluation ad prepare quantitative models for same.
