Client in NJ is in need of a PSFT Technical Resource to assist with their 9.2 upgrade.
Critical Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience developing large and complex PeopleSoft FSCM customizations, including fully functional bolt on applications and mission critical interfaces and integration points with third parties.
- Extensive experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, FLUID interface, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, File Layout, Data Mover, SQR, PS Query, SQL, and PeopleSoft Test Framework.
- Participation in multiple, full-lifecycle PeopleSoft implementations and upgrades.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.57.
- Functional knowledge of the following modules: GL, AP, Expenses, Purchasing, eProcurement, and Inventory.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to multi-task, work independently, and deliver on time.

Job Responsibilities:
• Support AIX environment
• Support users with SUSE and administrative tasks
• Definitely more hardware focused rather than software/OS support
• Must be able to maintain current environment but provide input for future design in partnership with the State
• Create various shell, and Perl scripts.
• Confer with business personnel to identify and resolve issues.
• Work with vendors to implement, maintain, and correct problems related to target systems.
• Document all systems and performed actions in the approved manner.
• Serves as project coordinator as needed across multiple agencies and locations.
• Determines components, schedules, and assignments--providing expertise, guidance, and direction to staff.
• Reviews and monitors project to ensure timeliness and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects with the vendor products between the different vendors.
Knowledge:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field required. Requires extensive knowledge and a minimum of 3 years professional experience with system and user administration and auditing. Configuration and administration of system security and auditability.
• MARS-e v2.0 knowledge and experience. (Minimum Acceptable Risk Standards for Exchanges )
• Infrastructure experience for enterprise, large-scale, n-tier, web based secured systems, access control software, system management and reporting software
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting secured protocol implementations
• Experience working within an n-Tier infrastructure environment.
