Job Details:
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Manhattan WMOS (2013 version and higher) and classic versions (2009 version) of warehouse management system preferably in application support.
- Should have experience working in 3PL Business onboarding customers onto Manhattan WMS.
- Should have experience supporting complex warehouses with MHE integrations and Pick to light interfaces in Peak season support

Responsibilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Should be good in periodic status reporting to the client and to Infosys.

Detailed JD:
- This project is for the Manhattan WMS Support.
- They need team at onsite for peak season support for their warehouses running at California, Nevada and Indiana.

Process Workflow Steps:
a. Request distributed for sourcing
b. Supplier submits candidate profile(s)
c. MSP reviews and dispositions (MSP Qualify) candidate profiles for manager review
d. Candidate is evaluated and selected by manager (PM Qualified)
e. MSP Team releases offer for supplier Offer Acceptance/Approval; Supplier initiates BGC
f. Once accepted & approved by the supplier the workflow goes to Worker Download then PO ID Upload
g. Once the PO is uploaded, the workflow circles back to the MSP Team for Onboarding
h. When the supplier has confirmed that the BGC is complete and ajudicated green, the MSP Team will onboard the candidate to complete the workflow in Beeline
i. Every 6 months, you will receive a survey form our team requesting input on your experience.This project is for the Manhattan WMS Support for Radial, Inc., a multinational ecommerce company based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. They need team at onsite for peak season support for their warehouses running at California, Nevadha and Indiana.
