1. Agile Scrum
2. experience in handling sprint ceremonies like sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint retrospective.

1. Tools like JIRA to track the user stories

Detailed Job Description:
Technology lead with experience over 5 years who can play the role of scrum master in an Agile project .
Need to do offshore coordination and stakeholder management for the project which is run on onsite offshore model

Minimum years of experience: 6+

Certifications Needed: No

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
1. Leading the scrum team based on onsite offshore model
