Detailed Job Description:
This Lead will be responsible for leading team from onshore to support client in utilities domain. Person will have to interact with multiple teams within and outside of own organization and best practices to communicate project objectives and needs to all stakeholders. Responsible for driving the various initiatives and ensuring all teams are aware of deadlines and have plans to deliver on time. Timely escalations to management to resolve issues.
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Plan, develop and execute schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones.
2. Ensure timely and accurate communication with project team throughout the life cycle of the project.
3. Work with offshore lead to monitor and manage priority for deliverables in a capacity based methodology. Minimum years of experience: 5+
