Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Consultant Location: Long Beach, CA 90846 Duration: 6 months (to be extended for an year till 31st Dec 2020) Must Have Skills: - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education - At least 10 years of experience with ERP. - The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. Preferred: * At least 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud HCM (Core HR, Compensation & Benefits) - involved in the implementation phase starting from requirements gathering till Go live. * At least 10 years of experience in software development life cycle. * Compensation Module expertise - experience in every year cyclic activities on compensation -around new incentives roll out, merit based / short term based etc. * Experience on talent management - Goals, Performance would be an additional advantage. (but not a must) * Drive the requirement workshops for the customer.
