Role Responsibilities
· Advanced SAP WM Configuration Expertise - Creation of Plants, SLOC, bins, putaway strategies, pick strategies, RF menus, User set up
· Lead discussions on Design and Blueprint for new functionality
· Interpret process designs into technical designs
· Testing Execution - development and execution of test scripts (UT, Cycle Testing)
· Business Process Alignment - Ensuring site business processes align with systems requirements
· Defect Identification, Documentation & Resolution
· Aid KHC resources in training and development of training materials
· Hypercare - onsite go live support, fast react problem resolution and RCA development
Core Skills:
· Advanced SAP configuration and process knowledge in the OTC/LE space
· Excellent communication skills. Able to create presentations, lead meetings and communicate to all levels of the Org
· Advanced knowledge of KHC SAP environments preferred
· Analytical skills - problem identification and resolution, learning agile
Location:
· Must be on shore US and willing to travel upwards of 50%
Process Workflow Steps:
a. Request distributed for sourcing
b. Supplier submits candidate profile(s)
c. MSP reviews and dispositions (MSP Qualify) candidate profiles for manager review
d. Candidate is evaluated and selected by manager (PM Qualified)
e. MSP Team releases offer for supplier Offer Acceptance/Approval; Supplier initiates BGC
f. Once accepted & approved by the supplier the workflow goes to Worker Download then PO ID Upload
g. Once the PO is uploaded, the workflow circles back to the MSP Team for Onboarding
h. When the supplier has confirmed that the BGC is complete and ajudicated green, the MSP Team will onboard the candidate to complete the workflow in Beeline
i.
