POSITION DETAILS:
Job Role: Project/Program Manager Consultant
Location: Columbus OH
Project/Program Manager Consultant –
We are seeking Identity and Access Management Project Manager in a globally-diverse environment with strong focus on IAM tools/process example Authentication using ADFS, Ping Federate and CyberArk various Modules example CPM, PSM, PSMP. Candidates must have extensive experience on all project management well worse working in agile environment. Experience with SDLC/CICD automation process, managing team working on IAM cybersecurity projects. Candidate must be a self-starter and familiar with all technical aspects of large scale deployment and expect to work closely with operations team to troubleshoot issues and deploy solutions in Production and non-Production environments.
Responsibilities:
· Independlty talk to various LOB(Line of Business) and promote using the EPV (Enterprise Password Vault) Product
· Talk to all the product owners and collect feedback about the product development scope, capture risk and mitigation plan
· Determine and define project scope and objectives
· Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
· Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
· Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
· Develop and manage weekly and monthly milestones
· Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
· Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
· Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
· Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
· Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
· Address all and any security concerns raise by Cyber Security Team.
· Assist support teams in solution deployments.
· Work independently of vendor support as much as possible in a fast paced environment.
Must Have Requisites:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project and Program management experience in Cybersecurity projects
• Hands on experience creating plan using Microsoft Project plan and MS office
• PMP Project certification will be plus.
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity tools and talk to various stake holders
• Publish weekly or monthly reports to various leadership team
• Hands on experience managing and escalating project risks on timely fashion
