Job Description:

 

• Knowledge in VDS and Directory Services solutions
• Onboarding/integrate new users, service accounts and applications onto existing VDS capabilities & solutions
• RadiantOne VDS installation and configuration setup knowledge require
• Knowledge of ITSM Tools and Event Management Tools
• Author support and operational documentation and SOPs
• Perform support and operational duties for BAU supports, follow through the ITIL Process
• Update, manage, and maintain RadiantOne VDS Environments
• Understanding of enterprise authentication and authorization system
• Technical knowledge of protocols like XML, SAML, LDAP and Kerberos
• Web Single sign-on, AD, attribute-based access control, privileged access management knowledge
• Root cause analysis and documentation skill
• Web application server knowledge like IIS, Apache, WebLogic, or Tomcat
• Scripting knowledge using PowerShell or BashShell
• Ready to work on the 24X7 Project/Shift
