• Must have at least 5 years of experience in administration and support of the tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Anadot and Zabbix
• Must have experience in providing L3 level support to the tools
Nice to Have Skills
Detailed Job Description
• Troubleshoot and resolve the tool related issues and any data related issues
• Provide support and expert advice during issue troubleshooting that requires monitoring tool support
• Well-versed with various features of the tools and provide optimum solution and recommendations to the client requirements
