Minimum years of experience*: 8-10 years
IDetailed Job Description:
Need Product Owner with 8 plus years of industrial experience working as Product Owner, Scrum Master etc.
Should be experienced in agile project management methodologies and Agile frameworks including SCRUM, Kanban and SAFe.
Should have experience on writing INVEST User Stories and estimating stories.
Should have experience on prioritizing product backlog.
Should be aware of epics, features and stories creation.
Should have extensive experience in attending/conducting scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums etc.
Should have experience with Automation Testing, TDD etc.
Should have knowledge on Service Oriented Architecture, Micro Service Architecture etc.
Should have experience with Rally, Jira, CICD processes etc.
Should have good communication skills, written and interpersonal skills.
Candidates with CSM, SAFe Scrum Master certifications preferred.
