Must Have Skills:
Production Support
Support experience in Java/J2ee
Unix Shell Script
Log analysis and Debugging experience
Knowledge of SQL/PL SQL
Experience in monitoring using Splunk/Dynatrace
Stack Trace Analysis (TCP Dumps, Heap Dumps, CPU/memory analysis, Thread dumps)
DevOps Concepts & Tooling
Resiliency, High Availability & Business Continuity Planning/Management
Cloud Concepts and Platform as a Service (PaaS) Concepts
Minimum years of experience*:08+ years
Certifications Needed: No
Interview Process (Is face to face required?): No
