Program Management
o Coordinate with Northern Trust Project manager, business Analyst, architect and database team, as necessary
o Prepare weekly and monthly status reportso Participate in weekly and monthly status meetings
o Project planning and tracking the progress against the plan
o Escalate any issues to project team Planning at Beginning of the Project
o Project initiation done
o Onboarding of the identified Infosys resourceso Project Kick start call with Client Manager and critical Stakeholders
