| Hi, Please find the job description below and let me know if any consultant is available- Client: Infosys Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant | LMS Location: Collegeville, Pennsylvania Position type: Contract Contract duration: 6 months Job Details: • Minimum 12 to 15+ years SuccessFactors experience • Minimum 5+ SuccessFactors full lifecycles as Functional Consultant • SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems (LMS) certified with strong LMS configuration background • Experience of Pharma industry as added advantage • LMS Data migration experience • Experience in working on the design for LMS applications and drawing up the roadmap for the LMS solution. • Experience in defining and driving large and complex Data Transformation programs working with business and technology stakeholders • Assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR application solutions. • Knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors and the future strategic direction of the application roadmap. • Onsite + flexibility to work on a need basis with an overlap during offshore hours • Strong communication skills
