Able to provide solutions in the Onboarding domain based on customer requirements Good Consulting and implementation experience in ONB 2.0 Module for USA Clients An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities Able to conduct workshops and engage customers in focused discussion to define their problem statement and provide efficient solutions Technical Skills At least 10 years of experience working in SAP SuccessFactors modules and working experience in solution extensions.
