Detailed Job Description: - At least 12 years of experience in Learning programs with at least 5 years’ experience working in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
- Able to provide solutions in the Onboarding domain based on customer requirements
- Good Consulting and implementation experience in ONB 2.0 Module for USA Clients
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
- Able to conduct workshops and engage customers in focused discussion to define their problem statement and provide efficient solutions
Technical Skills: - At least 10 years of experience working in SAP SuccessFactors modules and working experience in solution extensions.
- Good Understanding of SF integration with Solution extensions using BTP the platform
- Hands on experience in creating MDF objects to support the solution extensions
