Remote

Responsibilities
o Define future state OSS Architecture as member of Enterprise architecture team
o Establish roadmaps to move technical environment & business toward end state
o Work with business & technical stakeholders to consult on creation and ensure understanding of requirements
o Document & justify decisions with peers & leaders across the business
o Participate and, when necessary lead, vendor evaluation & selection
o Pivot to supporting OSS solution architecture for new features on legacy technology when required

Requirements
o At least 5 years experience in broadband OSS architecture &/or solution development
o Deep experience with OSS BSS solutions for tier 1 broadband carrier(s) providing services to residential and business customers
o Must have broadband fiber or DOCSIS experience not just mobile OSS
o Solid communication skills - ability to create architecture diagrams, blueprints & roadmaps and present with confidence
o Ability to effectively & concisely communicate complex ideas and architectures to all levels from BA's & developers to senior business & technical execs
o Experience integrating OSS solutions across the BB service delivery value chain & lifecycle
o Prefer previous experience with OSS solution development and evaluating COTS OSS solutions
