Job Details: Detailed Job Description We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong SQL skills and experience around customer data platforms to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, and developing data solutions. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for working closely with the development team and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and data solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and data solutions. Conduct data analysis and modeling to develop solutions for complex business problems. Develop and maintain SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data mapping documents. Design and develop data visualizations and dashboards to support business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions align with business objectives. Ensure data solutions meet data quality and governance standards. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of data solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, and developing data solutions. Strong SQL skills with experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Experience in working with customer data platforms (CDPs) preferred. Experience in conducting data analysis and modeling to develop solutions for complex business problems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in data visualization and dashboard development using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
