Role:OS Imaging Lead (Day 1 Onsite)

Job Description for OS Imaging lead Onsite:- (Local Dublin LAB)
Onsite engineering lead/SME for OS imaging with hands on experience of 10 to 15 years in OS deployment using with SCCM sequence features -
1. Hands on experience on MDT, ADK and SCCM and industry standard SOE and Imaging tools.
2. Should know to capture OS images, created TS with boot WIM, PXE, Driver updates and installation
2. Should possess knowledge on Image building, Task Sequencing, and troubleshooting of OSD
3. Handled CAS, Primary Infrastructure with minimum of 5000 to 10000 end points.
4. Should have experience in SCCM application, patch and OS Deployment
5. Gather Windows 10 Image requirements from customer: considering business, functional, and technical requirements.
1. Experience on the implementation and Configuration of Auto-Pilot; self, and user driven deployments
2. Resolve any issues related to Auto-pilot deployments.
3. Design, Build and rollout Windows 10 SOE on par with industry standards for all the versions of windows in the environment.
4. Build SOE lab required for Imaging and POC environments.
5. Review, analyze, and recommend desktop GPO's changes.
6. Convert existing logon script to preferences, and standard compliance rules and settings.
7. Review existing Logon scripts and update to optimize logon time and or to improve performance as per the business requirements.
8. Creation of image design documentations, test use cases, develop custom scripts required to build SOE.
9. Review test custom scripts as per the requirements.
10. Responsible for image "Online" and "Offline service".
11. Easily creates LTI, ZTI, UDI deployments.
12. Should be able to detect issues with the image proactively.
13. Troubleshoot any unforeseen issues with the image and machines being built.
14. Coordinate with Client SME for Image testing and sign off.
15. Responsible for deploying the signed off image to production deployment servers
16. Expertise on Windows 10 migration, user data migration and related technologies
17. Expertise on OneDrive and Office 365 Products
18. Good communication and interpersonal skills a must.
19. Ability to handle transitions and support multiple accounts.
20. Manage transitions from beginning to go-live phase.
21. Leads should be able to handle the teams and resolve any queries the team members would come up.
22. Always ready to learn and upgrade as per the changing business environments and new technologies released by the vendors.
Technical expertise:
Strong and in-depth knowledge of the below…
1. Windows 7 / Windows 8 & 8.1 / Windows 10 Operating System. (Including OS Performance tuning skills for WIN 10 )
2. Microsoft Intune, Auto-pilot, compliance rules, settings, Apps, and provisioning packages.
3. Windows 10 SOE and various methods of building and managing the SOE.
4. MDT, SCCM, DISM, ImageX, Altiris, BDD tools etc.
5. Image build & test from scratch, troubleshooting skills, image modifications (driver / file injection etc.)
6. Task sequence creation and customization.
7. Deployment tools viz. SCCM, MDT, Altiris etc.
8. Active Directory, Azure Active directory, and Windows Servers.
9. Good understanding of networking concepts.
10. Good knowledge in VB scripting or PowerShell scripting.
