Responsibilities ·
Responsible for managing about 35 vendors (workload distributed across other controllers)
· Liaison for Pemex business areas, security, and vendor issue resolution
Track responsibilities
o Facilitates Track daily execution and compliance for site Track paid vendors
o Front line support for Track paid vendors
o Track training/troubleshooting for Vendors and Authorizers
o Holds vendors accountable for daily Track processing compliance
o Exception and override handling
o Vendor timekeeping/billing users, and Pemex authorizers
o Troubleshooting permissions related to iQuest security data
o Assists with maintaining Track user accounts
o Escalate high level issues between Pemex and vendor to Track Focal Point
SAP responsibilities:
o Troubleshooting and pulling SAP data related to purchase orders, work orders, cost objects, status, etc. o Assist vendors to obtain funding for purchase orders · Runs and publishes processing summary reports for each vendor o ‘Daily SAP Rejection’ reports o ‘Daily Track Authorizer Rejection’ report o ‘Daily Not Allocated’ report o ‘Daily Not Accepted’ report · Facilitates ‘Resource Request Form’ process o Process all site Resource Request forms for activations, deactivations, and area transfers o Ensure forms are filled out completely with necessary data o Validate requested contract company against site approved vendor list o Validate submitted PO aligns with appropriate area cost center o Route to appropriate site approver for approval/denial o Route approved forms to security for access, communicate denied requests to requestor o Update Track with resource assignments o Maintain master RRF tracker daily

JD:
· 12+ years of information technology experience in a large, highly regulated enterprise.
· AML Domain experience - CTR, SAM, Customer Risk Scoring, or Sanctions Screening frameworks.
· Experience in financial crime/AML & Compliance Portfolio, Fraud Detection & Prevention, Financial Markets Compliance
· Highly Experienced with Actimize platform
· Should be experienced in Java/J2EE, Unix, RDBMS, and PL/SQL, Springboot, Rest API, AWS, Container technologies.
· Provide technical leadership in current implementation projects and on the customer AML road map.
· Review and Document the current architecture of the NICE Actimize Solutions & provide recommendations.
· Provide recommendations on the Legacy to Actimize migrations by closely working with the business and IT teams.
· Solve complex implementation and performance problems and manage client expectations and help in troubleshooting customer issues during implementation, UAT, PROD and Postproduction.
· Perform gap analysis, feasibility studies and prepare reports for client., Design solutions to complex business problems in AML space.
· Guide technical teams on architecture solutions.
