Primary skills : UCCE, Call flow, recording.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant major such as Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information systems, etc.
- 5+ years IT experience in the field of VOIP/ IP telephony.
- 5+ years experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM).
- 5+ years experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
- 3+ Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber.
- 3+ years experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE.
- 3+ years experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology WxC and WxCC.
- Experience with Calabrio Call recording.
- Experience with Voice IOS Gateways with H.323, MGCP.
- Experience with Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) and Cisco Expressway.
- Experience with Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) and SIP Trunking.
- Familiar with LAN/WAN technologies and IP Addressing.
- Understanding of Windows Server and VMWare Administration.
-Willingness to commute to various Remote sites to Rack and stack, install Network Equipment for IT M&A Projects, Integration, App Tracking, Secure Shield and various IT initiatives
