Assignment Details
The role is for someone who's excited about improving workflows through automation and innovation.
• Create, maintain and update automation workflows and troubleshoot debug/issues.
• Continuously monitor and optimize automation processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive Power Platform implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy.
• Collaborate with members of the development and architecture teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that surpass client expectations.
• Participate as an active member of discovery workshops, documentation development and business development pre-sales sessions.
• Accountable for solution lifecycle, including functional/technical design - solution architecture, develop value case for buy vs make decisions - integration of third-party off-the-shelf software, develops/integrates/tests/builds quality solutions, and retires services per agreed upon roadmap.
• Support team in the ability to operate in both waterfall and agile delivery approaches.
• Candidate will be expected to work closely with business users and IT peers to design effective business solutions.
• Candidate will be expected to multitask several competing requests by gathering effective requirements, estimating tasks and managing priorities.
• Candidate will be expected to perform bug fix and/or enhancement requests.
Skills & Requirements
• 3+ years Pro-level skills of Power Platform development to include PowerApps and Power Automate/Flow.
• 3+ years of experience with C#, .Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and industry-specific best practices for advance automation tools incl RPA, OCR & AI/ML.
• 3+ years of experience with UiPath and RPA development (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, Workfusion, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience with automating website navigation tasks such as click, hover, scroll, etc (Javascript and HTML/CSS selectors)
• 3+ years of experience with API/REST web services and data sources.
• 3+ years of experience with creating stored procedures in SQL.
• 3+ years of experience with SharePoint that includes Web Parts, Lists, Document Libraries, Site Collection, and Pages.
• 3+ Designing, developing, configuring, and deploying web applications in SharePoint online and on premises.
The following are not required for this position but would be considered as a valuable asset in a potential candidate.
• Experience creating design and development documentation.
• Demonstrated excellent technical skills and ability to talk effectively with customers on a day-to-day basis.
• Familiarity with agile principles and frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
