Software Maintenance Support with RightFax---Remote
Job Description
Currently the customer is using Rightfax as the Fax solution in their environment and they are going to re platform this to a cloud entity shortly.
For onsite Position customer expects Fax experience who has worked in large scale organization-Candidates with Rightfax experience in large scale organization is also preferable
For offshore position-Customer expects Fax and OCR experience (5+ Years ) who will support CST time zone(India afternoon shift).This candidate should also have knowledge in Networking ,Voice ,Server and Pega,Scripting .But Fax and OCR is the Must to have skill
Requirements:
Experience in large scale siloed environments. Cross team collaboration is a must and the ability to guide conversations along with taking on ownership and accountability for projects. Make recommendations on new products and approve new system design. Oversee system implementations to meet project requirements. Manage initiatives and projects to meet goals and deadlines.
Required:
Knowledge of project management methods
SaaS design experience.
SSO – SAML (general)
Azure (SSO, SAML, SCIM)
RightFax in a large-scale environment (4 Years)
On Prem
SaaS or PaaS or IaaS
T.38, G711 VOIP technology
Basic understanding of SQL Server and its relationship to RightFax
Telephony/Voice side
Cisco call manager
Oracle SBC
Network Technology
Network Load Balancers (F5)
DNS Load balancing
Understanding of DNS and provided services.
TCP/IP, DNS, switching, routing, VLAN knowledge
OCR
PEGA – workflow tool
Microsoft Technologies
Deep knowledge of Windows (Server and Desktop), Active Directory, Office365, SQL
Wintel server administration
Understanding of Windows KPIs
Authentication methods (Kerberos)
Modern Code/Scripting Languages
VMware experience
AI/ML
VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP6.5 DCV)
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
SRE certified.
Soft Skills
Forward leaning strategic thinker
Develops innovative approaches.
