 Position: Healthcare Business analyst

Location:  Remote (CST Hours)

Duration: 6+ Months

 

 

Visa: Any visa no H1b

Our top healthcare client is looking to bring on a Business Analyst to work closely with Project Managers on various Cyber Security and IT projects across their various, nationwide healthcare facilities and HQ.

Day to Day:

• Business Analyst or cyber/IT projects at leading enterprise healthcare organization; liaise with Project Managers to complete all tasks within scope and timeline
• Strong at gathering requirements, eliciting requirements from stakeholders, documentation and being able to translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Projects – these projects can be at the hospital/clinic level. Projects are staggered, multi-site implementations.

• Hardware- replacing old firewall, old piece of equipment or tool, rolling something new out. May/may not be a 1:1 swap. Staggered implementation
• Network-related- segmenting the network, defining more rules/policies on the network. Staggered implementation
• Tools- bring in a new security tool. Bringing on a new corporate

• Waterfall environment across the organization
• Tools

• Smartsheet (or other PPM)
• Oracle  (can train on this)

Soft Skills

• Confident in the work they do
• Can lead the team through tough discussions

• Locking down requirements or scope/draw a line in the sand
• Process/change control
• Keeping things moving forward
• Direct communicator & driver
