Position: Healthcare Business analyst
Location: Remote (CST Hours)
Duration: 6+ Months
Visa: Any visa no H1b

Our top healthcare client is looking to bring on a Business Analyst to work closely with Project Managers on various Cyber Security and IT projects across their various, nationwide healthcare facilities and HQ.
Day to Day:
- Business Analyst or cyber/IT projects at leading enterprise healthcare organization; liaise with Project Managers to complete all tasks within scope and timeline
- Strong at gathering requirements, eliciting requirements from stakeholders, documentation and being able to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Projects – these projects can be at the hospital/clinic level. Projects are staggered, multi-site implementations.
- Hardware- replacing old firewall, old piece of equipment or tool, rolling something new out. May/may not be a 1:1 swap. Staggered implementation
- Network-related- segmenting the network, defining more rules/policies on the network. Staggered implementation
- Tools- bring in a new security tool. Bringing on a new corporate
- Waterfall environment across the organization
- Tools
- Smartsheet (or other PPM)
- Oracle (can train on this)
Soft Skills
- Confident in the work they do
- Can lead the team through tough discussions
- Locking down requirements or scope/draw a line in the sand
- Process/change control
- Keeping things moving forward
- Direct communicator & driver
