• K2 basics to reduce onboarding time
• Understanding of K2 Smart Forms
• Understanding and use of caching rules for performance
• Order of operations
• Configuration methods to design workflows  (rather than just using coding)
• C#
• ASP.Net
• Entity Framework
• Familiar with APIs
• Familiar with Web Services
• SQL
• JavaScript knowledge a plus
