Quadient Inspire Designer/Developer – Hybrid

 

Innova Solutions is seeking an Quadient Inspire Designer/Developer for the team due to a high demand in workload.  This role will work with a team and be assigned various projects.  This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week on-site required and that may increase in the future.

 

Job Summary: 

  • This is a hybrid role and initially 2 days per week will be required on-site in Okemos, MI with the potential to increase in the future.
  • The Quadient Inspire designer/developer is responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of various document and mail generation workflows on Quadient Inspire Designer. The Designer/Developer is considered a document composition expert, able to build new templates, make major to minor template changes, and other design related activities. This position also participates in testing of new enhancements and upgrades.

 

Job responsibilities

    • Performs design and development of applications on complex projects utilizing both packaged software applications (Quadient Inspire) and custom-built applications
    • Set up master workflows to support Document Template design using Inspire Designer and Inspire Interactive
    • Responsible for template optimization, including review of templates to identify anything that appears to be setup incorrectly
    • Maintain current relevant knowledge of user design trends, standards, and techniques
    • Knowledge on Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Ransack, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop is highly preferred
    • Must be able to import forms from the current legacy system to Quadient Inspire

OBM WebSphere & Azure Systems Analyst

 

Innova Solutions is seeking a Systems Analyst (SA) Focus is OBM WebSphere and Azure infrastructure to manage and administer computer infrastructure and software.  The ideal candidate will ensure application uptime and high performance for multiple ORS applications, including but not limited to: WebSphere administration, Clarety Customer Support Application, Employer Reporting, and miAccount. Also, the SA is responsible to ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to State policies, standards, and guidelines.

 

The SA will help design, implement, and maintain Azure-based systems, work with development teams to optimize Azure infrastructure for application performance, develop and maintain Azure infrastructure automation scripts, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure issues, ensure that Azure infrastructure is secure and compliant with industry standards following enterprise policies and procedures.  The SA will participate in on-call rotation for production support and will be the backup to the lead architect for ORS.

  • Manage and administer IBM WebSphere.
  • Manage and administer computer hardware and software.
  • Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to State policies, standards, and guidelines.
