🔸 Position: Sr. Recruiter
🔸 Work Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
🔸 Shift Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM IST
🔸 Cab Facility: Drop available for female employees

Job Description:

• Manage the complete US recruitment lifecycle including understanding client requirements, sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.

• Work efficiently on C2C, W2, and Full-Time hiring models.

• Utilize job boards, Boolean search strings, and creative sourcing methods to attract top IT talent.

• Maintain accurate and updated candidate information using ATS or spreadsheets.

• Ensure continuous communication with candidates and clients to support a seamless hiring experience.

• Exhibit a strong understanding of US tax terms and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in US Staffing is preferred.

• Strong understanding of IT skill sets and technical terminology.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and job portal sourcing.
