Desirable Skills	Knowledge/experience with one or more of the major cloud service providers (AWS, GCP) in either building or deploying cloud based solutions. Capacity planning and systems engineering. An understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment concepts and tools as well as an understanding of semantic versioning concepts Development and/or management messaging system experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, ect..) Experience with developing against and/or provisioning/deploying cloud data services (MangoDB Atlas, Redshift, RDS, DynamoDB, Elasticcache, BigTable, CloudSpanner, Cloud DataStore, Cosmos DB, ect.)
You should have Exp:	5-8 Years of deep experience with designing and scaling data. Experience with cloud native, microservices oriented, and big data/non-relational data architectures. Experience in OLTP, OLAP, and unstructured data across numerous data platforms. Track record for listening to many points of view, ask clarifying questions, and can lead a group to design the best solutions. A proven ability to pivot as business clarity is defined. Extremely strong analytical and problem solving skills. Data Engineering skills (Scala, pySpark)
In this role, you will have responsibility for:	Translating functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design Coding and testing complex system components Participating in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards Working with other teams to deliver and operate large scale, distributed services in the cloud Overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance Mentoring other engineers, defining our challenging technical culture, and helping to build a fast-growing team
