| Job Description: | Scrum Master for two technology teams under the same client manager. This is a challenging position that requires expertise in running Scrum ceremonies as well as helping the team in removing roadblocks. The candidate should possess good problem solving skills. |
| Job Duties: | Be a Scrum coach and guide the team on Agile/Scrum practices Run Scrum meetings including – Daily standup, Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospective Ensure that the team tracks their effort regularly in the tracking tool Help the team find solution for technical problem whenever required Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work. Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information. Support and educate the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog. Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example. |
