1. Strong experience as SCRUM Master with mastery over SCRUM Process. Strong experience as SCRUM Master with mastery over SCRUM Process.
2. Strong Leadership skills with ability to facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution and successfully handle the SCRUM Meetings
3. Understand organizational changes and updates that may affect agility maturity decompose or dissect relevant information that impacts all aspects of the framework and current SDLC processes
