Title: CDM Product Analyst - Senior City: Farmington Hills , MI
Contract :12 Months + The Customer Data Management Product Analyst will provide development support and leadership in the implementation of Customer Data Management Solutions for Mercedes Benz Financial Services. The CDM Product Analyst will work with the development team to build, code, test, and deploy the CDM Product. The CDM Product Analyst will also be responsible for conducting quality assurance reviews prior to product deployment. Build technical solutions for Customer Data Management using the IBM tool sets of Master Data Management, Operational Decision Management, and Business Process Management. Lead installation and development activities for Customer Data Management in collaboration with the CDM development team and the other product teams of the department. Collaborate with the solution architects, data architects, and technical leads to design solutions for the customer data management product. Follow Agile / SAFE principles for product development. Be an active participant and follower of the Agile / SAFE activities. Design, Code, and test the product backlog items based on the design priciples set by the solution and enterprise architects. Build services and APIs for Customer Data Management functionality. Additional knowledge required: 2+ years of hands on experience with IBM’s Infosphere MDM and BPM product ; Atleast 1 year of working knowledge of IBM's ODM product; 2+ years of working experience of MDM data models, data mapping, data quality, matching rules, and data governance ; Strong understanding of MDM concepts across technologies and platforms ; Experience in building web services and APIs within and outside of MDM Development experience using J2EE and DB2 ; Strong understanding and working experience in Agile/Scrum environment ; Experience in software development life cycle ; Understanding of ETL tools like Informatica is a plus, but not required.
