REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
* 4+ years of experience leading and executing marketing campaigns.
* 3+ years working on or managing high-functioning teams.
* 3+ years of project/program management experience.
* Proven experience with digital marketing, digital marketing campaigns, and marketing operations teams.
* Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, metrics, and best practices.
* Self-starter with a proven track record of delivering projects/programs that engage customers and drive sales.
* Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B and multi variate testing; ability to translate that data into actionable and profitable marketing plans.
* Proven experience in creative problem solving.
Detailed Job description:
CRM Campaign Managers work cross functionally across the organization to ensure the execution and delivery of marketing campaigns used to grow and retain marketing base.
This role is responsible for managing campaign timelines, quality, and results.
They will work to communicate campaign status, learnings, and key opportunities for delivery growth through the organization as well as provide recommendations on how to best leverage marketing channels to maximize campaign success.
Qualified candidates must have both technology and marketing experience, demonstrated results and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns or projects, and can comfortably use data to review campaign performance and drive business metrics and decisions.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Manages CRM campaigns for customers through relevant channels (e.g. Direct Mail, Care, Retail, Email, SMS, App, and Web) including accountability for efficient execution.
* Receives strategic direction from stakeholders and builds out recommended campaign & channel plan including workback schedule to support the strategic goal.
* Reviews campaign briefings with requestors including communication reach, timelines, and deliverability details.
* Liaison between the internal stakeholders, applicable reporting teams, and vendors.
* Provides external vendors and agencies updates on project timelines and details to ensure that they can provide sufficient support on campaign execution.
* Regularly communicates campaign status, impact, and recommendations to internal/external stakeholders and management.
* Oversees the tracking and reporting on delivery of planned campaigns.
* Ensure on time preparation of plan as well as consistency and accuracy of KPIs, reach, timing, and messaging.
* Identifies improvements for the intake and execution process within CRM, and across the broader organization.
* Reviews final campaign assets for accuracy and quality prior to deployment and communicates any concerns to relevant stakeholders/vendors.
* Tracks campaign data and performance to shape future campaign recommendations and improvements.
* Collaborates closely with Care/Retail/Loyalty leaders to ensure campaign proposals are realistic and executable.
* Oversees the execution of specific campaign programs including performance tracking and the identification of gap-closing measures.
* Ensures and communicates campaign program progress and success, reports to internal stakeholders and management.
