Overall 9-10 years IT experience with 5-6 years hands on experience on Oracle CC&B
Good experience in Oracle CC&B with strong Production support Implementation.
Good knowledge on oracle CC&B configuration and functionalities like customer services, Billing, Rates, Payment, Meter management and Meters, Credit and Collection process and Field services etc.

Experience in Solution design in CCB for production issues and change requests, prepare To be process and functional designs. Good knowledge on oracle CCB configuration and functionalities like customer services, Billing, Rates, Payment, Meter management and Meters, Credit and Collection process and Field services etc.
