| Hi, This is Sravan Kumar from Vedainfo and I have the below requirement with our Esteemed Client so please let me know if you are comfortable or if you have any consultant to submit Title: Procurement & Planning Analyst Location: Sunnyvale, CA Duration: 12 months Job Description - Analyze ASCP and other Planned orders data and Demand-Supply Data to plan Raw material supply for Builds
- Execute the Procure to Pay Process - Review Purchase Requisitions(PR), Request for Quotes(RFQ), Create PO in ERP System
- Work with warehouse, accounts payable to resolve issues related to invoice payments and material receipts
- Build and run forecasting and Inventory planning models to manage Safety Stock, Reorder point and Reorder Quantities
- Design and develop metrics and reports, dashboards and analyses to drive key business decisions
- Conduct large scale data analysis and modeling to derive actionable insights and review outputs for trends
- Provide daily and weekly reporting of metrics to business stakeholders
- Work with multiple Business stakeholders (Engineers, Planners/Business users and Strategic suppliers, Communicate results to business stakeholders
- Partner with operations and management teams to ensure communication of results and resolve customer escalations
- Conduct root cause analyses, communicate improvement recommendations and resolve escalations and create Process Documentation and Desktop Procedures
Additional Job Details:Required - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any closely related technical or analytical field
- Min 1 years experience in Engineering/Supply Chain/Procurement/Operations/Manufacturing/Data Analytics roles
- Working proficiency in Oracle ASCP, Oracle ERP
- Excellent Analytical Skills, with Advanced skills in use of spreadsheets /Excel
- Self driven, ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision Preferred
- Strong background in KPI Dashboards development and automation and information systems management
- Coding experience with SQL, BigQuery and Javascript
- Outstanding communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
- Experience working with BOMs and Contract Manufacturers
