Key Responsibilities
- Understanding of business requirements
- Translating business requirements into test cases
- Writing features files (using Cucumber)
- Create/Update/Maintain/Execute test cases (using ALM)
- Test reporting and issue management
Knowledge/Experience
The candidate is expected to have 5+ years of experience and have expertise in the following areas:
- Working experience with Financial Systems
- Experience with BDD and writing feature files
- Experience with test execution in an automated test framework (e.g. ALM)
- Familiarity with SQL (e.g. Sybase) and Unix shell
- Experience with JIRA
- Knowledge of Code Quality Metrics is a plus
- Exposure to functional automation framework implementation and hands on coding (e.g. ALM) is a plus
