The UX/UI Designer works closely with Design Execution Leads to lead and contribute in research and design for business initiatives and creates consistent, usable experiences for our client’s internal clients.
Responsibilities:
Ø Reframes requests as user centered problems and focus on crafting solutions
Ø Creates design deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, art assets and comps that address business and customer needs
Ø Communicates design ideas and prototypes to developers
Ø Reconciles qualitative and quantitative research into actionable design recommendations
Ø Ensures consistency of experience across platforms
Ø Keeps abreast of competitor products and industry trends
Ø Works with the Research Capability Manager to conduct design validation such as usability testing
Ø Reconciles qualitative and quantitative research into actionable design recommendations
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in visual or human-centered design
Ø Demonstrated ability to deliver results
Ø Strong Portfolio with a breadth of experience across a range of industries
Ø Ability to synthesize complex, interdependent, and sometimes competing needs
Ø Experience with both agency and client-side preferred
Ø Excellent communicator and storyteller with demonstrated ability to bring stakeholders across all roles and levels on a design journey and sell the ROI of experience and design
Ø Passionate about design, committed to excellence, and insatiably curious; a leader of teams that are equally passionate, committed and curious
Ø Experience working in an Agile environment
