1) Non Functional Requirement gathering
2)Test strategizing / planning
3) Workload modelling
4) Test script design / data setup (Loadrunner)
5) Test execution
6) Performance result analysis, troubleshooting / root cause analysis
7) Defect reporting and triaging
8) Test summary / closure reports
9) Implement/review performance testing standards and best practices
10) Excellent communication / client co-ordination skills.
Minimum years of experience*: 8-10 years
Certifications Needed: No
