Requirements:
10+ years demonstrated experience with writing business user requirements and functional specifications
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM system
Knowledge of Transfer Agency data, processing, and sales reporting/feeds
Experience with SS&C/DST SalesConnect service a plus
Financial Services industry knowledge preferred
Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools a plus
Knowledge of JIRA agile development software a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience (computer science degree preferred)
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally
Knowledge of software development and the system implementation life cycle
Knowledge of client-server, database, system design, and technical architecture concepts
Basic understanding of data modeling
Strong direct database SQL query/analysis abilities
Strong problem solving skills
