Capability :
Telecommunications Engineering Demonstrates understanding of key voice and digital channel systems technologies— SIP, IVR, Intelligent Routing, Call Recording- -to design, build, optimize and support high availability voice systems
• Design, build and deploy secure, scalable, reliable & feasible systems
• Apply knowledge of voice and digital channel systems tools to analyze, test and resolve issues
• Monitor and measure performance
• Appreciate the integration complexities of third party solutions
• Apply solid understanding of compute, network, storage in the support of voice and digital channel systems
Performs some advanced system integrations working across multiple systems; Assesses system capabilities and uses information to creates awareness of issues, challenges and areas of improvement and researches to solve problems ▪ Troubleshoots across multiple systems providing some guidance to others ▪ Takes appropriate actions on information related to performance ▪ Performs basic system integrations and has understanding of API's ▪ Coordinates all aspects of the build and deployment of infrastructure with appropriate partners; Troubleshoots issues to ensure a working solution
