Taleo/TCC Integration Engineer

1. The candidate is expected to have 6-8 years of experience working on Taleo engagements as a Technical Lead / Developer. He or she must have been a part of multiple Taleo implementation/enhancement/support engagements.
2. The candidate must have strong Taleo Connect Client knowledge.
3. Understand the business requirements and interpret them to technical design & requirements.
4. Expertise across OLF, Workflow, email templates, user set-ups, permissions, career portal configuration, ability to define the tasks/processes in onboarding.
5. Experience on Integrations – with 3rd Party Vendors & other HRIS systems using Bulk API, SOAP Web Services & Taleo Connect Client.
6. Should be well versed with OBIEE Reports & Dashboards Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement and Analysis summary.
7. Experience of migrating data from Taleo Enterprise Edition to Oracle Cloud is desirable.
8. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, testing and go-live.
9. The candidate should be able to work independently on the design, development & testing of integrations, conversions, and reports.
10. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, supervisory and client management skills.
